Restoration of the exterior of an 1880’s Romanesque-Revival style mansion
Complete exterior restoration included:
- removal of paint to expose the original brownstone and brick work
- cutting and repointing of masonry surfaces
- cutting back and rebuilding of the deteriorated brownstone and concrete
patches
- rebuilding of decorative masonry
