Circa 1895, the building originally served as the “Fischer Mills Tea, Coffee, Spice, and Mustard Emporium”

Work on building included:
- complete restoration of brick and stone façade
- parapet wall rebuilding
- Building was converted from warehouse space into loft condominiums with PRESERV’s assistance

Project completed in the fall of 2000
