Restoration of this 1920’s landmark residential apartment house included:
- replacement of face brick and back-up brick and repointing of joints
- rebuilding of parapet wall
- replacement of ornate stone units and patching of stone surface
- installation of new roofing system and concealed flashings

Project completed in the spring of 2005
