Restoration of beaux-arts style hotel constructed in 1903-1904, designed by Henry B. Mulliken

Exterior restoration included:
- replication of a missing cornice on the Amsterdam Avenue elevation of the building
- terra cotta cleaning and coating with Keim Granital
- repointing and repair of façade
- decorative window repairs and restoration

Project completed in the spring of 1999
