Six-story loft in the SoHo Cast Iron Historic District built in 1896
Building exterior consists of buff colored brick, decorative cast iron mullions and colonettes, with granite and terra cotta trim
Restoration work included:
- complete cleaning and pointing of brick, granite and terra cotta masonry
- repair or replacement of decorative cast iron
- painting of cast iron and building’s fire escapes
- installation of fiberglass cornices at the Wooster Street and Broadway elevations to match the original cornices
Project completed in December 2004
