French neoclassical town house built between 1915-1916 for Lucy Drexel Dahlgren by Ogden Codman and served as the home of Pierre Cartier for many years as well

Restoration and repairs included:
- complete cleaning and pointing of the limestone façade and brick masonry courtyard elevations
- limestone patching and replacement
- slate roof replacement at mansard roof
- copper cladding at barrel roof dormers and at parapets and bulkheads
- main roof replacement and coping replacement at main roof
- structural concrete slab at basement and cellar
- decorative railing replacement and restoration

Project completed in September 2004
