Façade restoration of a 1911 printing house
Restoration of the building included:
- complete rebuilding of over 1000 linear feet of parapet wall
- rebuilding of a 360 foot long, four story façade
- brick masonry building restoration and brick repointing
- total masonry cleaning and cutting as well as installation of cast stone sills
- removal of 47,000 sq. ft. of roofing and flashing, as well as installation of temporary roofing system
