Restoration of this landmark apartment building included:
- restoration of woodwork at seven dormers
- removal of existing mansard roofing and installation of natural slate roofing
- rebuilding of decorative chimneys
- cleaning, cutting, and repointing of all brick and stone masonry
- removal of deteriorated rook edging at Bleeker St. elevation and fabrication and installation of new
- galvanized sheet metal to match existing
- fabrication and installation of new fiberglass ornamental cornice and fascia

Project completed in the spring of 2004
