Restoration of an 1840’s Federal style row house with present landmark status
Scope of work included:
- removal of existing membrane roofing down to deck and installation of new
system
- synthetic slate roof installation
- raising of skylights to proper height and installation of new gutter and
leader
- fabrication and installation of new copper cornice and dormers
- fabrication and installation of new wood windows
Project completed in the spring of 2003
