In April, 2005, PRESERV won the Lucy G. Moses Award from the New York Landmarks Conservancy for its exceptional work done on this 1847 Greek- Revival style house in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn
Full exterior restoration of this city landmark included:
- paint removal
- replacement of deteriorated siding
- complete rebuilding of porch
Project completed in the fall of 2004
