Exterior restoration of a landmark brick rowhouse built in 1832 in the Federal style. PRESERV's project included:
- Stripping peeling paint.
- Cutting and repointing the façade's Flemish bond brickwork.
- Selective brick replacement to match original.
- Researching and fabricating historically correct cornice.
- Installation of copper lined box gutter.
- Epoxy consolidation and repairs to historic windows and dormers.
Project completed Spring 1998
