Fisher Mills Condominium


Circa 1895, the building originally served as the "Fisher Mills Tea, Coffee, Spice, and Mustard Emporium"

Work on building included:
  • Complete restoration of brick and stone façade
  • Parapet wall rebuilding
  • Assistance in converting building from warehouse space into loft condominiums

The American Hotel - Sag Harbor, Long Island

PRESERV completed phase two of the façade restoration work at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, Long Island.

New custom fabricated brownstone lintels and sills were installed to replace the deteriorated original stone from the 1840's. The brickwork was cleaned and repointed. In addition, the brownstone and brick cornice, with brownstone decorative cast stone, was rebuilt and fully restored.

Work will resume this Fall on the South façade.
