Claremont Riding Academy
Located at 175 West 89th Street, This landmark was designed in the Romanesque Revival style by Frank A. Rooke in 1892.
Major exterior, as well as interior, restoration of this landmark included:
- The complete rebuilding of the upper section of façade
- Furnishing and installation of custom carriage house sectional doors
- Removal, casting, and installation of iron newel posts and railings at front façade
- Fabrication and installation of historic wood windows
- Replacement of damaged bricks with historically correct matching ones
