PRESERV’s in-house team of project managers and skilled craftspeople takes a hands-on approach to restoration – closely supervising each project from planning to completion. The majority of our staff consists of long-time PRESERV employees, providing our clients with a consistent level of expertise. Working closely with top preservation professionals as well as with NYC Landmarks and other regulatory commissions, we can guide our clients through every phase of planning, production and project management.

Our offices are equipped with computerized drafting capabilities as well as the latest in critical path, project management, scheduling, and spreadsheet software. This allows for precise job costing and time-material record keeping. We maintain a warehouse to accommodate equipment, materials and specialty items necessary to day-to-day field operations. Additionally, our own fabrication facilities enable us to produce custom orders and deliver materials without delay from suppliers.
