119 95th Street, Brooklyn

In April, 2005, PRESERV won the Lucy G. Moses Award from the New York Landmarks Conservancy for its exceptional work done on this 1847 Greek Revival style house in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

Full exterior restoration of this city landmark included:
  • Paint removal
  • Replacement of deteriorated siding
  • Complete rebuilding of porch

The American Hotel - Sag Harbor, Long Island

PRESERV completed phase two of the façade restoration work at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, Long Island.

New custom fabricated brownstone lintels and sills were installed to replace the deteriorated original stone from the 1840's. The brickwork was cleaned and repointed. In addition, the brownstone and brick cornice, with brownstone decorative cast stone, was rebuilt and fully restored.

Work will resume this Fall on the South façade.
