Welcome to PRESERV

Since 1993, PRESERV has been providing quality restoration and project management services to property owners, building management firms, architects and engineers. We specialize in historic preservation projects ranging from houses of worship to residential townhouses; commercial properties to landmark apartment buildings.

In addition to our roster of dedicated clients, our projects have been recognized with awards from preservation groups including the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation, The Friends of the Upper East Side Historic Districts, The Hoboken Preservation Commission, The Landmarks Conservancy and Murray Hill Neighborhood Association.

PRESERV's in-house team of project managers and skilled craftspeople takes a hands-on approach to restoration, closely supervising each project from planning to completion. The majority of our staff consists of longtime PRESERV employees who provide our clients with a consistent level of expertise. Working closely with top preservation professionals, as well as with NYC Landmarks and other regulatory commissions, we can guide our clients through every phase of planning, production and project management.
